The story

For thirty years, companies have paid me to walk into their hardest rooms and fix what was actually broken. Almost always, the thing that was broken was not the technology. The technology is knowable. The hard part is people, and getting people through change is the work I am one of the best in my field at.

I spent that entire career doing it for other people's companies. Shawn Kohn Enterprises is the turn. It is me, finally, building it for myself.

The raw material is thirty years of judgment, method, and reputation. For most of a career that was unmined gold. SKE exists to mine it properly: into method, into intellectual property, into a platform. Own the method once, license it many times. Build in the open, because the building is the proof and the proof is the content.

I build from optionality, on my pace. No race, no revenue pressure. Abundance, not scarcity. This is not a company chasing customers. It is a platform compounding for the one person it was always meant to serve.
